● Identified areas of improvement on Scott's Landing pages by reviewing 50+ hours of heatmap and session recording footage to improve the customer experience and increase conversion rate and scroll depth across Scotts Miracle-Gro landing pages.
● Conducted and analyzed 2 user tests to gain deeper insights into users' perceptions and impressions of the subscription feature on Scotts and AeroGardens’ product detail pages to identify friction points and reduce cart abandonment by ~ 03-05%
